TEND CLOTHING offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached. Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Customers can also opt for store credit valid for 12 months. Items that are damaged, incorrect, or defective upon arrival qualify for a full refund or replacement, and we will cover all shipping costs in such cases.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
