Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At TEND CLOTHING, we offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order. We care about your satisfaction just as much as we obsess over every stitch, fabric, and detail in our designs. If something isn’t quite right with your purchase, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered with easy return, exchange, and refund options. Let’s make it right!


1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached.
  • If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, it’s fully eligible for return or exchange—our mistake, and we’ll fix it!
  • Final sale items (such as undergarments, accessories {handbags, jewelry, watches, cosmetics}, or swimwear) cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Items showing signs of wear and tear, such as fabric pilling or fuzzing, may not qualify for a return or exchange.
  • Items with visible stains, marks, or discoloration will not be accepted.
  • Items carrying strong odors (e.g., smoke, perfume, detergent, etc.) will be declined.

2. Refund Policy:

  • If your return meets the eligibility criteria, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method used during your purchase.
  • Refunds will be initiated within 7-14 working days from the date we receive your returned item.
  • The refunded amount will reflect in your account depending on your payment provider’s processing times.
  • Alternatively, you can opt for store credit or a website coupon, valid for a full 12 months, to use on future purchases.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  • Contact us at tendcustomercare@gmail.com with your order number and whether you’d like a return or exchange.
  • We’ll provide an authorization number and detailed instructions on how to ship your item back.
  • Ensure your package is securely packed (we’d love to see your expert wrapping—feel free to share a photo!).

4. Processing Returns & Exchanges:

  • Once we receive your item and confirm it meets the eligibility criteria, we’ll process your request.
  • For returns, refunds will be initiated within 7-14 working days and sent to the original payment method.
  • For exchanges, if your desired item is out of stock, you can select a different product or request a refund instead.
  • You’ll be notified once your refund, exchange, or replacement has been processed.

5. Return & Exchange Shipping:

  • Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are your responsibility unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. In those cases, we’ll cover the shipping costs.
  • Please ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, reach out to us immediately at tendcustomercare@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • We’ll provide a pre-paid return label and send you a replacement or issue a full refund—no extra cost to you.
